Duties
Assist painters with surface preparation including sanding, scraping, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Handle and organize hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on job sites
Support with mixing paints, primers, and other materials according to project specifications
Help with rigging and setting up ladders, scaffolds, or lifts to access various work areas safely
Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions for proper application of paint in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure smooth finishes and prevent leaks or damage




Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and cleaning tools regularly

Requirements
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to read straightforward schematics or blueprints is a plus
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions when needed
Good time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform manual labor throughout the workday
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship
