Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Assist with resolving complaints or issues by offering effective solutions.




Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.

Experience
Proven experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
Robust data entry skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and effective communication techniques. Job Type: Part time Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
