Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents to maintain safe and healthy lifestyles, while observing and reporting changes in their physical health, appearance, behavior, or daily routines.
Recognizing crisis situations, using de-escalation techniques, determining appropriate interventions, and contacting necessary supports when required.
Encouraging and assisting residents to make healthy choices and to follow care plans, medical directives, and individualized support plans.
Planning, participating in, and supporting residents with daily activities, including household tasks, recreational and leisure activities, learning opportunities, physical fitness, and basic money management.
Maintaining a clean, secure, and secure living environment in accordance with organizational policies and standards.




Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene in a respectful, compassionate, and dignified manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (required)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.26-$29.11 per hour
