Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha or Micros POS systems.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.




Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
Solid time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy workplace.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus, enhancing communication with kitchen staff.
