As a Kitchen Cook at WingSpot, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly, safely, and consistently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives fresh, delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to WingSpot recipes and quality standards.
Fry wings, cook burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and other menu items with consistency.
Portion ingredients accurately and ensure food is presented to company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety.
Restock food, sauces, and kitchen supplies throughout each shift.
Assist with food preparation, receiving deliveries, and inventory rotation (FIFO).
Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely order completion.




Properly operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and food preparation tools.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen cleaning duties.

Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
