Are you great with customers, comfortable with sales, and interested in the Automotive Industry? Grandwest Enterprises is looking for a Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
Assist customers by phone, email, and at the sales counter
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
Identify opportunities to increase sales and introduce customers to new product
Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure excellent service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Learn our product lines and stay current on new automotive accessories and applications

Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales, parts, or service is required
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
Comfortable working with computers, order-entry systems, email, and phone-based sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to understand technical products or services is a plus





Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, automotive knowledge, skill level, and overall qualifications.
