Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service & Bottle Refiller to join our team. This role combines customer service, store maintenance, and warehouse work, including:
Managing customer accounts and redeeming credits
Refilling water jugs and assisting customers with loading into vehicles
Keeping the store clean and organized
Handling pallets of water jugs (48 bottles per pallet) in the warehouse
Providing qualified and friendly customer service
Maintaining accurate records of transactions

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is comfortable performing moderate physical work.

Requirements:
Solid communication and customer service skills




Ability to lift and handle water bottles and pallets
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits:
$20/hour base pay
$5 commission for each full 48-bottle pallet completed

Availability:
Monday to Friday
9:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
