Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns professionally
Requirements
Previous restaurant and bartending experience preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality standards
Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
