As a Baseball Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping confident, disciplined players while promoting a love for the game.

Responsibilities
Lead and organize baseball practices, drills, and game strategies to enhance player skills and teamwork
Work with our Technical director to teach fundamental baseball techniques including batting, pitching, fielding, and base running with clear instructions and demonstrations
Monitor player performance during practices and games, providing constructive feedback to support improvement
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
Foster a positive team culture by encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players and staff
Coordinate with assistant coaches and staff to plan schedules, manage equipment,



and prepare for competitions
Promote the development of life skills such as leadership, perseverance, and teamwork through athletic participation

Experience
Proven experience in coaching baseball or similar team sports at youth or amateur levels
Strong background in teaching sports techniques with an ability to communicate clearly and motivate players of diverse ages and skill levels
Knowledge of safety standards related to sports activities and equipment management
Experience in organizing practice sessions, game plans, and team strategies effectively
NCCP certified
Must provide a current Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector
