Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position includes after-hours and on-call emergency response and involves water, fire, mold, and asbestos abatement services. Responsibilities
Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire/smoke cleanup
Conduct mold remediation and containment setup
Assist with asbestos removal and abatement in compliance with all regulations
Set up containment barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filtration systems
Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
Follow proper PPE and safety procedures at all times
Document job progress with photos and detailed notes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives

Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours/on-call shifts




Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing respirators/PPE
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience in restoration or construction preferred (training available)

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
IICRC courses
Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certification
