Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty.
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.




Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow, support serving duties, and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in bartending preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
Previous experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
