Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Toast , accurately handling cash, credit, and food orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Collaborate with servers to coordinate beverage orders efficiently

Skills




Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector
Robust knowledge of POS systems, including Toast, for productive transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Effective time management skills to handle busy periods seamlessly
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal alcohol service regulations
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
