About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations in a quick-paced food service workplace. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to ensure productive operations.
Oversee food preparation and service while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records through POS systems (Micros POS experience is an asset).
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote a positive and productive work workplace.
Support recruitment efforts by assisting with staff interviews and onboarding.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management on scheduling,



inventory control, and process improvements.

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food service management (required).
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems (Micros POS preferred).
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Hospitality, hotel, or barista experience is an asset.
