We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café located in Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties
Supervise and train café staff to deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining the cafe and equipment.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in service quality.

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.




Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
