We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our cabinet finishing shop. This position involves sanding cabinetry parts to a high standard in preparation for finishing.

The right person for this job takes pride in their work, pays close attention to small details, works efficiently, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities
Sand cabinet doors, panels, and other cabinetry components
Inspect parts carefully and identify and fix imperfections before finishing
Use tape and paper to mask cabinetry parts
Maintain a consistent high quality standard
Use and maintain a variety of sanding tools
Work efficiently and maintain a valuable pace throughout the day

Significant shop expectations We are a production shop, and we expect employees to be focused and engaged during work hours. Personal cell phones and headphones are not permitted during work time. we expect employees to arrive on time, be ready to work, follow instructions, and maintain a productive pace throughout the day. If you are someone who works hard, pays attention to details, and wants to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
