Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care with precision and compassion
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient records, treatment planning, and billing processes
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical skills and interpret medical terminology accurately to develop effective treatment plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness
Assist with pediatric patients (Pediatrics)



by creating a comfortable environment and delivering age-appropriate care
Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools for designing restorations or prosthetics when applicable

Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for productive workflow management
Experience working in a busy dental office setting with a focus on patient care and customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient health history
Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry principles (Pediatrics) is a plus
Familiarity with CAD technology for designing dental restorations or appliances is desirable
Excellent communication skills to educate patients clearly and build trust
