Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and the ability to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Train, mentor, and manage team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS operations.
Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members as needed.




Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience
Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred.
Robust background in customer service with proven ability to lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
