Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
Handle food with proper hygiene practices and adhere to food safety regulations
Assist in setting up dining areas for service, including table arrangements and supplies
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations




Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe setting for staff and guests

Skills
Experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the hospitality setting
Basic understanding of food industry standards and serving protocols
