We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager Sales to join our retail team. This role is vital in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will play a key part in managing daily store operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning
Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and support
Assist in creating and publishing the team schedule
Manage inventory and stock management
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and budgeting effortsSkills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and vendor relationships




Proven experience in retail sales management, supervising teams, and store operations
Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques
Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development, team management, and inspiring staff for peak performance
Effective communication skills to foster a team-oriented team atmosphere and engage customers confidently
Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote products and increase store traffic
