Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Sandwich Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh Burritos and salads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role offers an chance to develop skills in food preparation, food safety, and customer interaction within a fast-paced restaurant setting. The Sandwich Artist will play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Prepare Burritos, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Ensure all food is handled safely and maintained in accordance with sanitation standards
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas
Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods
Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times




Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed
Uphold the company's brand standards in appearance, attitude, and service delivery

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and kitchen safety procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance

Pay: $17.65-$18.00 per hour
