Responsibilities
Assist residents and clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following established protocols and document all medication-related activities
Support clients with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met in a timely manner
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
Maintain a clean and secure environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards
Assist with mobility and transfer techniques to ensure safety during movement or repositioning
Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing personalized care plans and engaging them in appropriate activities





Requirements
Cantonese speaking
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with special needs, including dementia care and disability support
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Solid caregiving skills combined with compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform cleaning duties, meal preparation, and basic household tasks efficiently
Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is preferred; relevant training will be considered an asset
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
