Whissel Strategies is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising, SEO, website development, CRM, analytics, and digital strategy.

We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us generate recent opportunities, build strategic relationships, and grow our client and agency partner network.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with marketing agencies and complementary businesses
Develop referral, white-label, and strategic partnerships
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking
Attend networking events, conferences, and industry events
Schedule and conduct introductory sales calls
Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
Identify opportunities within current industries and markets
Work directly with the founder to move qualified opportunities toward closing

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales,



business development, or partnerships
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and networking
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Digital marketing or agency experience is an asset

What Success Looks Like This is a revenue-focused role. Success will be measured by qualified opportunities generated, new partnerships established, pipeline created, and recent revenue closed.
