We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well-organized, and meets all food safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the management team
Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Experience with various cooking techniques and equipment is a plus
