Cribbing Construction Workers Needed – Calgary

Splendor Group is currently hiring hardworking and reliable Construction Workers for residential cribbing and foundation projects in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Job Duties:
Assemble and strip concrete wall forms
Install bracing, walers, and scaffolding
Assist with footing and foundation wall construction
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Maintain a clean and protected work site
Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
Construction experience preferred but not required
Experience in cribbing, concrete, or foundation work is an asset
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation to job sites




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
