Job Overview
The installer is responsible for assisting with the installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial projects. Working under the direction of the Crew Leader, the installer performs installation tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and professionalism.

Duties
Assist with the installation of company products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Perform assigned installation tasks under the direction of the Crew Leader.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.
Assist with service calls, warranty work, and repairs.
Protect customer property, landscaping, and surrounding areas.
Clean the job site throughout the day and upon project completion.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
Properly use company tools and equipment.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools.
Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.




Keep work vehicles and trailers organized.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar installation role is preferred.
Familiarity with using an ladder, working at heights and other relevant tools is a plus.
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
