We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a clean and protected work setting. Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies or debris
Maintain cleanliness of work sites by disposing of waste and organizing tools
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents




Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary

Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation or access to the work site location
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different tasks as needed

Pay: $18.25 per hour
