Responsibilities
Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in chemistry and biology, adapting methods to meet individual student needs
Develop clear, effective lesson plans that simplify complex scientific concepts
Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction strategies accordingly
Support students with homework, exam preparation, and understanding key topics such as chemical reactions, cell biology, genetics, and laboratory techniques
Utilize computer skills to incorporate digital tools and online resources into lessons
Collaborate with parents, teachers,



or special education staff to ensure comprehensive support for each learner
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and areas for improvement

Requirements
Proven experience working with children or students in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of chemistry, biology, and related sciences; familiarity with math and computer science is a plus
Previous tutoring or classroom experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to explain scientific concepts clearly and engagingly
Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and special education needs
