Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly to diverse customers
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
Support inventory management, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and product rotation

Skills




Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Strong communication skills to explain product features and address customer needs confidently
Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and understanding basic tech specifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions
Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandise displays and stock levels
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette proficiency
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine customer relationships
