We’re excited to grow our Princess Buds family and are looking for passionate, upbeat Budtenders to join our team!

Our ideal Budtender candidate is friendly and approachable, much like a barista in your favorite coffee shop. Our incredible Budtenders are Princess Buds secret to success — they connect each unique customer with the perfect product and method of consumption for their needs.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced workplace.
Minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience.
Strong knowledge of flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
Understanding of THC, CBD, CBN, CBG, terpenes, potency, and consumption methods.
Confidently educate customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
Friendly, qualified, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to responsible, compliant cannabis sales.





Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
Educate customers on cannabis products and consumption methods.
Help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Verify identification and follow applicable Ontario cannabis regulations.
Restock and maintain inventory.
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
Stay up to date on products and cannabis industry knowledge.
