Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overhead Door Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead doors and related systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction and repair work, with proficiency in using hand tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of skills including carpentry, welding, and restoration. The technician will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of overhead door systems. experience is important, company truck is fully equipped and will be provided for doing all jobs

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain overhead doors, openers, and related hardware with precision and attention to detail
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform various tasks such as installing and repairing commercial and residential overhead doors, dock plates, rolling steel doors, high speed doors.
Perform restoration work on damaged or outdated door systems to restore functionality and appearance




Weld components or frames as required for secure installation or repair
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Maintain a clean work environment and document service activities accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, , welding,
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
Valid driver’s license for travel between job sites
