Team Lead, Software Development

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in software design, coding, and technical decision-making.

This role combines technical leadership with Agile delivery, helping guide projects from design through release while mentoring developers, driving code quality, removing technical blockers, and ensuring successful delivery.

What you’ll bring:
5+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership or team lead responsibilities
Solid background in software design, code reviews, debugging, testing, and release management
Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
Ability to mentor developers, remove technical blockers,



and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams
Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
Embedded C / Firmware
TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
