Role and responsibilities
Delivering a high level of customer service.
Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter
Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and productive manner.
Effectively communicating product features, perks and warranty policy information to customers.
Executing the store’s business plan as per company guidelines.
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.
Work effectively as part of the team.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Support the sales team through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries
Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
Other related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions as required

Requirements




Automotive Parts experience in the automotive parts industry (min 1 year)
Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
Experience with automotive repairs is an asset
Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
Computer experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays up to a maximum of 44 hours per week
