Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing (active seller), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on key metrics




Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Solid customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
