At Green Merchant, we’re a proudly local, independently owned business committed to providing Toronto with outstanding service and expert cannabis guidance. We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Budtender & Cannabis Educator who shares our passion and wants to grow with us.

As a key member of our team, you’ll do more than assist customers; you’ll educate, inspire, and help create a welcoming setting where every guest feels confident in their choices.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
Act as a knowledgeable resource on cannabis products
Guide customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs
Process sales and handle cash using POS systems
Support inventory management and restocking
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store setting
Participate in community outreach and brand-building initiatives





What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced retail setting
Ability to self-motivate during quiet periods in store
High attention to detail and solid basic math skills
Availability for evenings and weekends (required)
Valid CanSell certification (required)
Ability to pass a police background check (required)
Previous cannabis experience or education is an asset

Shifts available will be mostly evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
