Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation when needed
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision
Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
Adhere to food safety standards at all times
Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
Utilize math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure efficient service
Experience:
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to sanitate work areas effectively
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
Experience in food service is a plus
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively
