We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by repairing and refinishing damaged body parts. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive high-quality service and secure, reliable vehicles. Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans to restore structural integrity and appearance
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and perform collision repairs
Sand, prime, paint, and refinish vehicle surfaces to match original color and finish standards
Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times
Conduct quality inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure all work meets industry standards




Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle

Requirements
Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience as an Auto Body Repair Technician or similar role
Robust mechanical knowledge of vehicle structures and systems
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures
Experience with automotive painting, refinishing, and collision repair techniques
Mechanic experience preferred, with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair processes
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
