Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Truss Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by efficiently building & assembling roof trusses for shipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Build & assemble trusses in designated areas for easy access and shipment.
Ensure that trusses are handled safely to prevent damage during the piling process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a protected working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 pounds).
Solid proficiency in forklift operation (counterbalance).
Attention to detail to ensure proper assembly of trusses.
Ability to read blueprints & schematics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment facing elements while maintaining quality standards.




Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
Valuable communication skills for effective teamwork.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing workplace is a plus but not required.
Access to reliable vehicle as work location has limited public transportation.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
