Job Summary
Hey, for the exhaust hood cleaner job, you'll be cleaning and degreasing exhaust systems, maintaining safety standards, documenting work, and communicating with restaurant staff. Your tasks include thorough cleaning of hoods, ducts, fans, and filters, ensuring fire safety and ventilation. Also, you'll inspect, remove debris, and follow safety rules for a safe workplace. Good communication and attention to detail are key for top-notch cleaning service.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
Carry out heavy lifting as required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.




Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.

Requirements
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Capacity for heavy lifting, as some tasks may require moving bulky items.
