We are a fast-paced growing collision center that works with many dealerships and insurance companies. We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator with at least 5 years of experience working with Mitchell Connect and Audatex. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, willing to learn, and excited about the opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals in the collision repair industry. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating collision damage, estimating repair costs for vehicles and preparing additional/supplements.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software to produce accurate collision damage estimates
Prepare additional/supplements for insurance appraisers, when required
Meet with clients, insurance adjusters, and dealership representatives to gather necessary information
Prepare detailed repair cost estimates for clients and insurance companies
Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards
Maintain accurate records of all repair work and associated costs
Monitor and report on progress of repairs to clients and insurance companies

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working as a Collision Estimator with Mitchell Connect and Audatex




Knowledge of collision repair techniques, materials, and products
Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work workplace
