Position Overview

The Pharmacy Assistant plays a key role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our patients. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Process prescriptions and enter data accurately into pharmacy software (KROLL)
Support dispensing workflow and medication preparation
Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries




Coordinate deliveries and prescription pickups
Maintain inventory and assist with stock management
Assist with compliance packaging and other specialized pharmacy services

Qualifications
Previous pharmacy experience Required
Familiarity with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset (but not mandatory)
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule

Full-time position
Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 6:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 2:00 (Flexible)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
