Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our busy foodservice workplace. In this role, you’ll lead a team to ensure smooth service delivery, uphold food safety standards, and provide excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality, with proven leadership skills and a knack for managing restaurant or foodservice teams.

Duties
Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety standards and quality expectations.
Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety regulations.




Assist with interviewing and onboarding recent staff members to build a solid team.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or foodservice setting is required.
Solid background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Hospitality or hotel experience, bartending, barista experience, or restaurant management background are advantageous.
