We are seeking a dedicated Vac Truck operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain vacuum trucks to clean out sewers, storm drains, and other waste systems
Drive vacuum trucks to job sites and ensure safety while in transit
Connect hoses and pipes to designated areas to start the cleaning process
Monitor vacuum levels and adjust as needed to prevent equipment damage
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
Complete paperwork and log all maintenance and cleaning activities
Communicate with customers and team members to ensure job requirements are met.
with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
Robust communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience required operating Vacuum trucks.
This is a part time position to start and will transition to full time
Looking for a responsible team leader with experience that can grow this section of the business. Wage will be determined by experience and leadership skills.
