We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
Process transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Booking Birthday parties and follow up with existing bookings to enhance the customer experience.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals for customer feedback.
Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Experience




Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
