Mobile Crane Operator - Stony Plain, AB

Our client is looking for a Mobile Crane Operator to support taxi crane operations from their Stony Plain, Alberta location - just 30 minutes west of Edmonton.

Our client is a growing company in Stony Plain, Alberta, providing reliable mobile crane services with a focus on well-maintained equipment and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience operating picker trucks and Liebherr All Terrain cranes, including tandem-tandem and tandem-tridem dollies. Responsibilities:
Operate mobile cranes efficiently and safely to support taxi crane operations.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of crane equipment and report any issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during crane operations.
Transport cranes and related equipment to job sites as required.
Assist in rigging and securing loads for lifting and moving.




Maintain accurate logs and records of crane operations and maintenance.
Work in remote locations and adapt to varying job site conditions.

Qualifications:
Mobile Crane Operator certification.
Apprentices with experience are welcome to apply.
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with an air brake endorsement.
Commercial driving experience.
Ability to travel and work out of town as required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of rigging techniques and safety procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physically capable of performing the duties of the role, including lifting and maneuvering.
