Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with students, has strong communication skills, and can effectively teach basketball fundamentals, skills, and team concepts. This position is perfect for someone who wants to help athletes grow both on and off the court.

Responsibilities
Lead basketball training sessions for players of varying skill levels
Develop training plans and practice drills
Teach fundamentals, advanced skills, and basic team strategies
Ensure a protected training environment and proper equipment use
Communicate with parents or program coordinators as needed

If you are applying for a Rep Team Coach position, we expect you to understand how local rep teams operate, including player retention and recruitment, practice planning, and game coaching.





If you are applying for a House League/Skill Training Coach position, we require at least five years of experience coaching Jr. NBA programs or providing basketball skills training. You must also be able to independently coach younger age groups, including JK/SK and Grades 1–2, and understand youth basketball development, age-appropriate training, and pathways for player progression.

Requirements
Previous coaching or basketball training experience preferred
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to adjust teaching methods to meet players’ needs
Reliable, punctual, and skilled

Coaching certifications NCCP, playing experience, or CPR/First Aid certification are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
