Job Summary

Part time leading to Full time.

As a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all guests during their stay.

Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms efficiently
Handle guest check-outs and payments in an accurate and timely manner
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Process end-of-day financial reports, balancing daily revenue and expenses
Ensure all guest charges, room rates, and other revenue-related data are accurate
Resolve discrepancies in financial reports,



such as missing payments or incorrect billing

-Ensure all audit procedures and financial records are compliant with hotel standards

Experience

-Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting is preferred

-Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and financial software is a plus
Solid communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

-Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools

-Attention to detail, particularly with financial and audit tasks

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
