Bailey’s Lounge is looking for a reliable, energetic, and guest‑focused bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in great service, works well with others, and keeps operations running smoothly from open to close.

Position Overview

As a Lounge Bartender, you’ll be the face of Bailey’s Lounge — serving guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting VLT operations, and ensuring our bar runs efficiently every shift.

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with fellow staff and hotel departments to maintain smooth operations
Serve customers with professionalism, accuracy, and a welcoming attitude
Maintain inventory: accurately record, count, and report stock levels
Keep the bar, lounge, and work areas clean, organized, and presentable
Collect floats and balance both the main float and VLT float
Serve food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
Attend to VLT players’ needs and ensure machines are monitored responsibly
Stock beer shelves, rotate product, and manage kegs
Perform routine cleaning duties throughout the shift
Operate and maintain the industrial dishwasher to ensure clean glassware and dishware




Follow all responsible service guidelines and hotel standards

Requirements
Serve It Right certification (mandatory)
Solid communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced lounge environment
Comfortable handling cash, floats, and basic balancing procedures
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an asset
