Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our agile healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions, ensuring they regain independence and quality of life. Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and treatment needs
Develop and execute individualized physiotherapy treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient goals
Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions,



progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans for complex cases, including hospital staff when applicable

Qualifications
Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience working in hospital settings with exposure to acute care settings
Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable
Robust knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
