MDC is looking for a skilled and certified full or part time Ultrasound Technologist(s) who will be responsible to perform general ultrasounds: MSK, ABD, OB/GYN, NT, Breast, Thyroid, Small Parts, vascular studies
NT certification preferred
Vascular
Must be a registered member in good standing of CMRITO
Must be registered with ARDMS and/or Sonography Canada
Liability insurance is required
Current CPR certificate is an asset

Responsibilities:
ensure all quality control assessments are performed as required.
greet patient, ensure patient identification, explain test, prepare and position patient for examination, obtain patient medical history
responsible for care and safety of patients within the department
maintain patient confidentiality
prepare adequate written and/or electronic reports to document all procedures and test results

have a cheerful, positive attitude. Ability to work with others as well as independently. Treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness.
ability to speak another language an asset

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour
