Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various aspects of , residental framing. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, technical expertise, and physical endurance. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and using a variety of hand and power tools. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, framing, and carpentry skills
Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials such as wood and metal
Conduct restoration work on existing structures to improve durability and appearance
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Follow oral direction, provided by crew leader , in order to complete tasks





Requirements
Proven experience in construction-related roles in carpentry, and restoration
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments for extended periods
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
Solid commitment to work with fellow experienced crew members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
